Introduction

Welcome to RITUÉL Pilates + Sauna Studio. By accessing or using our website (www.rituelpilates.com) , booking classes, or purchasing products, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Class Policies

  • Bookings & Cancellations: Classes must be booked in advance. We will accept walk-ins on a limited basis if room opens up in class. If you are in studio waiting to join a class, any openings will be announced at the start of class time. Cancellations within 12 hours of the scheduled class may be subject to a late cancellation fee if you are a member, or a forfeiture of a class credit if you purchased class packages or single sessions.

  • Late Arrivals: Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late may not be admitted to class to ensure safety and flow. Furthermore, if you are not on time for class, your spot could be given up to a walk-in. So we suggest arriving on time or a few minutes prior to the start of class to mitigate any issues.

  • No-Show Policy: Failure to attend a scheduled class without prior cancellation per our policy cancellation window may result in forfeiture of the class credit, or a cancellation fee.

  • Waiting List: Clients who are on a class waiting list will be moved into the class once a space becomes available. In the event you do not accept the class within a suitable amount of time, we will move to the next client in line. Once we have worked through the entire list and if the class spot still remains available we will then open the class for anyone to book, including studio walk-ins.

  • Liability Waiver: By participating in any Rituél Pilates classes, events, or activities, you acknowledge that you are physically able to engage in exercise and release Rituél Pilates from any liability related to injury, illness, or damages resulting from participation.

  • Code of Conduct: We foster a respectful and inclusive environment. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or failure to follow studio policies may result in suspension or termination of services.

Membership & Payments

  • All memberships, packages, and class credits are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

  • Auto-renewing memberships will be charged on a recurring basis. To cancel, members must provide written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle or through the mobile app.

  • Founding Members: In order to remain "lifetime active status" and to keep your discounted founding membership rate, you must attend at least one class per month. Your membership gives you unlimited access to reformer pilates and any other classes we may add on for life at your home studio. This does not include unlimited sauna use. The sauna will still need to be reserved and fees paid accordingly. Your card will be charged on a monthly recurring basis until we receive a written notice at least 30 days before the next billing cycle. Founding members pricing is a year-to-year contract that is non-refundable and non-transferable, however your rate will stay with you for life and will restart every year on your anniversary date.
